Light From Dark PlacesWe choke the skies as we cough out cheap imitations of the sun.
In our quest to keep the darkness at bay we dig deep into the earth to find oil and coal.
We build metal factories.
We burn the earth’s innards and are pleased with ourselves: we have created light from dark places.
We choke the skies as we cough out cheap imitations of the sun.
